The Cryogenic Bottleneck: Cryogenic plants require massive upfront investment, typically one plant per region, and incur staggering energy costs because they are designed to purify all gases in the air. Following generation, the oxygen is bottled and transported to site, incurring even more costs per kilogram of oxygen. If oxygen is your only goal, the energy waste and transport cost is disproportionately high.

The PSA Alternative: On-site Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) reduces energy consumption compared to cryogenic separation, but carries high hardware and maintenance costs and hurdles.

The Nernst Advantage: Our Oxygen Generation technology isolates only oxygen from air, lowering upfront CAPEX by 3x compared to PSA.
